A reminder of your codes that expire at the end of the month! In addition, we have (again!) received excellent ratings, this time from Jeff Leve of The Wine Cellar Insider, whom we thank!
He rated our Grand Vin 92/100 with an enticing description:
'Black plums, cherries topped with chocolate, and licorice in the nose. You find more of that on the medium-bodied, round, fruit-packed, lush, fruity, chocolate, and espresso-filled palate with a cool note of spearmint that comes in at the end of thefinish. Drink from 2024-2040.'
A nice score of 90 for our Cuve 8A, whose singularity was perfectly honoured by Mr Leve:
'Flowers, cherries, and a background note of cocoa open the nose. The wine is medium-bodied, soft, fresh, and plummy with freshness, sweetness, and a mild dash of chocolate in the soft, vibran finish. This is unique as it is aged entire without oak. Drink from 2023-2035'
